I CANNOT BELIEVE,

i just BOUGHT a RECTANGULAR CLOTH with TWO HOLES

unbelievable. lol.. it hung so deliciously on the hangar.. the design seemed so fashionable, but can you imagine, its actually just A PIECE OF RECTANGULAR CLOTH WITH TWO HOLES.

lol... Sorry, its very empty and anti-climax. But this fact simply appalled me.

Artistic Sight..

Think this was quite a sight... An after rain walk along Meridian and you get this. Dun you think its very artsy the umbrellas arranged this way? It was a lovely walk down... :) My first too! Rather surprised, maybe I never noticed in the past... too caught up in NUS humdrum... :(

Haha.. i'm so sneaky.. was getting bored waiting for bus.. then this girl kept hovering in front of me with this totally awesome classy bag!!!!

The worse thing about having NO INCOME is that I stopped all my buying. Like I saw this SET of really fashionable clothes, trendy tee and slimming tights.. but is not CAPABLE of buying! I cannot afford to spend on any piece of clothing when I'm struggling to pay for the next meal.

Sigh.. who can buy for me? Please.. i really love that tee and tights from Fox.. oh please.. will you buy for me please???? :(

Shopping...

Yea... i must admit i have been shopping EVERYDAY! without actually making a point to do so, it just happens! haha... Today i read a very interesting article abt a very busy and accomplished lady (Sarah Chang) who says that no matter how busy she is, she'd always find time to shop!

Indeed, I'd totally agree with her, I dun ever remember any passage in time when I couldn't find time to shop! haha.. even in SCHOOL! I was able to shop... at the bazaars or even the book shop! haha....

About pumps..

Recently had a little disagreement with my dear friend on what exactly a pump is... She thought it was generally flats(or was it heels) i think... but I believed it referred to a certain shape/design...

Anw, I've researched a little and concluded that pumps can actually refer to different designs of shoes altogether! Therefore, the next time you hear of it from a foreigner, it might be a good idea to double check his/her definition!

In general however, as the North American definition dominates, pumps refers to heeled type of shoes without straps and a certain cut front like this certain pair I've purchased( talked abt it in my Christmas Day post ).

Noticed that I've stuffed newspaper at the toe. This is very good for most covered shoes as it prevents the leather or whatever material from contracting in the cold of the shoe cupboard thus solves your blister problems! :)

Christmas Day Outing..

OMG.. it was like a dream come true.. all three of us.. strutting down orchard road.. ok, maybe just them strutting.. i was wearing slippers.. lol... after our dim sum... it was just so exciting.. you wouldn't know unless you've had friends for Soooo long and kept each other updated with all the juicy details of your lives!

Anw, we've had really good stuff at Teochew City:

After some very very amazing shopping at Far East ( I bought amazing stilettos at 9.90 {Mondo}!!!!) we headed first to Zara which got us really tired out then to TCC! (Cos I was dreaming over the yummy log cake I had on Christmas eve... so we ended up with LOG CAKES!)





Yea, we ended the day at taka-wisma with MORE SHOPPING. I shall not en-lengthen the shopping with my shopping stories. So here it ends. :P
